I am Sivasuriyan R, M.Com., B.Ed., and RYT 200 certified Yoga Instructor with experience in school education and performance-based training. I work as a Yoga Teacher and practice non-clinical hypnotic techniques such as suggestibility exercises and focused attention methods. My focus is on building confidence, concentration, discipline, and self-awareness through structured yoga, breath control, and mind training practices. As the Founder of Azhagappar Academy, I conduct programs aimed at personal growth and performance improvement. I am passionate about developing human potential by strengthening both body and mind.
