I was the key Lead/Principal Engineer/Architect in transforming the customer identity (CIAM) and Workforce Identity from legacy onprem to Cloud ( IDaaS). Led efforts to enhance our B2C, B2B and B2E Identity management systems, implementing advanced security protocols and user-friendly authentication methods. This resulted in improved user experiences and a strengthened defense against cyber threats. Workforce identity, I instituted robust access control measures, reducing unauthorized access and potential data breaches. Implemented end to end LCM, MFA and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions and end-to-end enterprise adaptive MFA & PAM solutions enhancing productivity and security for our workforce. By leading Authentication and Authorization projects and addressing both Customer and Workforce Identity needs, I have played a pivotal role in fortifying our organization's security posture while ensuring seamless user experiences.
