Volenday Group is a group of businesses that specialise in AI technology-enabled professional services, including custom software development, staffing, and process management, tailored to meet the demands of real-world work. My mandate was to transform the business, streamlining service lines and modernising offerings for an AI-centric services market. The goal was with a view to investment for growth, or an exit. As of 2025, the group has entered into an agreement to exit a large part of the business.
