Total over 25 years of experience in the Construction field as Senior Contracts Manager/Commercial Manager/Contracts Engineer / Sr. Quantity Surveyor with major international property developers, consultants and contractors valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars. Has worked in diverse project environments both at Pre Tender and Post Tender stages in Buildings & Infrastructures Schemes, Bridges & Highways Working with property developers, have experience in Tendering (evaluation, negotiation, recommendations and Letter of Acceptance/Contract Agreement), procurement strategy and plan, claim adjudication, preparation of Order of Magnitude Estimates, etc. Have familiarity with various standards in construction industry including Conditions of Contract (FIDIC, NEC), Method of Measurements (CESMM3, POMI), etc. Further, being responsible for all contractual, commercial and communication aspects of the project successfully discharged diverse job responsibilities including preparation of Budget & Definitive Estimates, cash-flow, financial reporting, claims, cost control, final accounts, quantity take-off, price enquiry, valuation, variations, etc. Strengths are integrated project development, contract administration, cost management, quantity surveying, procurement experience, a good negotiator and sound knowledge of the construction process and the local market.
