About

To achieve my career goal as an excellent scientist, I did hard work to enter the top university the university of Tokyo and took the PhD degree from the department of biotechnology. Great scientific performance with 3 first author papers and 4 grants enhanced my confidence to be a good researcher. To learn advanced technology from the world, I left my family and went to Germany and contracted as a senior postdoc scientist at the Max-Planck-Institute to study the human diseases and met many excellent scientists there and won a grant to support my study. My first stable industry job was from the Top 500 company Sartorius Stedim Biotech and I was proud to be a member as application scientist and gave more than 40 projects technical solutions and supported 10 clients to achieve drug scale-up. Observing and listening to clients’ real situations, designing personalized solutions and letting clients’ benefits with satisfaction are my motivation. Articulating communicator with exceptional leadership qualities to support and motivate teams to achieve organizational goals is my energy resource.
