• Ensure initiatives are planned and executed to meet defined objectives • Originate written communication to, inform, instruct, update and promote various campaigns • Compile regular newsletters and communication to keep in touch with various markets • Inform and update internal audiences on initiatives • Monitor, update and maintain social media presence as required • Manage the procurement, distribution and stock control processes all marketing material, branding, gifts, clothing and promotional items • Source appropriate branded gifts and clothing and compile and maintain a catalogue and stock as required • Package promotional items, awards, gifts, desk drops and teasers for events, initiatives, launches and promotions • Maintain and update a database of target market contacts • Produce and procure business communication cards, forms, decals and stickers • Keep marketing repositories, references and resources updated (hard and soft) • Order and invoice processing and tracking against defined budget • Management of archives and filing • Assistance with the planning and implementation of ad hoc projects which marketing is responsible for such as CEM • Compile monthly stats and reports from available data using templates provided • Take accurate notes at meetings and produce minutes • Provide marketing support for internal initiatives and programs • Implement self-service initiatives to empower divisional brand building and external relationship marketing
