WorldPay (November 2017 - September 2019): Technical Lead Enterprise Data Platform Delivery of a set of cloud native decision-based, data-driven services which use machine learning to help drive the most efficient processing throughout the transaction stream. Responsible for strategic advisory expertise around cloud operating model, reference cloud native architecture and roadmap development for cloud adaption at scale. Adidas (June 2017 – November 2017): Technical Lead of Digital Cloud Platforms Adidas are running a large, complex infrastructure on-premises and have initiated a full migration to AWS by the end of 2019. I was responsible for the advisory and delivery of Adidas Open Digital Platform initiative to enable this migration at scale.
Responsible for the automation, deployment and HA of developer tooling for 17,000 developers throughout the bank. Tasked with the challenge of installing a self-serve approach to deployment tools, remote build agents were configured on AWS via direct connect to dynamically expand capacity during peak build & deployment hours.
Design and delivery of a high availability big-data FinTech analytic engine on AWS across multiple availability zones and regions. Application ingests ~35gb of data per day from 1000s of data points, uses predictive algorithms running on Spark to calculate finance consensus on listed companies.
