I’m an Employee Relations specialist with a CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management, passionate about helping organisations build fair, supportive and psychologically safe workplaces. My experience spans multiple sectors, including housing, retail and corporate environments, supporting leaders and employees through complex employee relations cases, policy development and training. I’m experienced in guiding managers through performance and conduct matters, investigations and sensitive workplace conversations - always with fairness and clarity at the core. I believe ER is about more than processes - it’s about relationships, trust and creating a culture where people feel safe to speak up early. I’m currently exploring opportunities to support businesses through consultancy and ER-focused solutions, helping them build stronger workplace foundations before issues escalate.
I’m the Founder and Director of ELPS Consultancy, providing employee relations and employment law support to organisations. I work closely with managers to handle people matters fairly, consistently and in line with current legislation, offering ER advice, case support, policy guidance and training.
