During this period of time I worked for a capital markets placement agency helping connect a hedge fund and long only optimization firm with institutional investors, family offices, and wealth advisors.
I worked with over 7 publicly traded and mostly multi-billion dollar corporations assisting them with with several risk consulting activities. These included mapping of risk controls, contract review and retention management, Sarbanes-Oxley control design/testing, and anti-bribery/anti-fraud control development.
I worked for this imbedded software company helping them connect and grow relationships with angel investors, and wealthy HNW families. As the CEO's "right-hand man" I helped write one-pagers and developed new venture/product business plans and processes.
