My career has moved from selling to building the systems that make selling work. I started at BYJU'S, where I learned what it actually takes to close — persistence, listening, reading a room. At VMware, I moved into Operations, running order processing and audits, which taught me that the small details are usually what break the big picture if you're not watching them. Both shaped how I think about GTM work today: it's not just data and dashboards, it's the discipline behind them. Since then, I've moved from executing GTM processes to designing them. At CrowdStrike (4+ years, promoted to Senior Sales Operations Analyst), I supported Salesforce administration, tool provisioning, and process automation for a fast-growing GTM org. At Zscaler, I lead GTM Operations initiatives that go beyond maintaining the system - I design it: 1. Data governance: Led Project Phoenix, a data stewardship strategy, and built the business case + operating model for a proposed India-based Global Data Stewardship Center of Excellence. 2. Process architecture: Built a standardized account management framework (validation, duplicate checks, governance checkpoints) and led global standardization of the GTM Industry field, integrating Dun & Bradstreet, ZoomInfo, and HG Insights as core enrichment sources. 3. AI delivery: Led end-to-end delivery of two internal AI initiatives: CoDe (Competitive Displacement deal identifier) and NOVA (Next Best Product recommendation engine). Recognized with a Impact Award from the Office of the CRO. Executive MBA, Symbiosis Institute of Business Management. I'm now looking for my next step: a GTM/Revenue Operations Manager role where I can keep building the systems that let sales teams actually perform - not just survive their tools. Outside work: football, a good film, and a strong cup of coffee. I still believe big things start small.
