A resilient and reliable Payments Platform on Google Cloud Platform • Architected and built a next-generation payment platform on a multi-cloud infrastructure (Azure and GCP) using a well-architected cloud framework • Designed and architected a data analytics platform - SLO repository to monitor application performance against business metrics, manage error budgeting, SLOs/SLIs and automate stakeholder notifications. The platform utilizes data lake with ETL jobs written in Golang to populate schemas • Built automated ETL pipelines to enhance observability platform, converting application metrics into actionable insights – whitelisting Prometheus metrics, exporting them to GCS buckets • Established an incident management framework to optimize incident response workflows and reducing customer-reported incidents, while also implementing blameless incident analysis and post-mortems • Implemented automated continuous integration and deployment process for build and deploy process following security and build best practices • Designed, developed, and implemented secure and scalable cloud infrastructure solutions using Infrastructure as a Code (IaC) -Terraform • Developed and maintained frameworks, golden standards, blueprints, and design specifications to ensure efficiency, reliability, scalability, and security for organization-wide reuse • Developed a Golang-based microservice on Kubernetes to create an internal Cloud Vendor red button tool, automating engagement and accelerating detection and resolution via secure API calls • Provided mentorship and leadership to a diverse team of designers, and engineers, fostering proactive learning and growth opportunities.
