I am a business leader with 16 years of experience in many diverse sectors including E-Commerce, Automotive, Banking and Telecommunication with solid achievements in new business /program development, digital marketing, customer acquisition& retention and product management. I am also an experienced hiring expert and people manager running large teams from different experience level and with diverse backgrounds. Currently I am running a team of 65 people with 7 managers directly reporting to me and responsible from 90% of all Amazon Turkey’s Retail business with topline/bottom-line responsibility.
• Developing strategy and business plans; including sales, profit, and budget forecasts for differentiated sales channels and city/districts. • Implementing channel sales campaigns and incentive programs in order to expand market share and hit aggressive growth targets. • Closely tracking competition in terms of product, pricing, promotional activity and marketing communication and build action plans for channels and cities/districts accordingly • Tracking and analyzing channel/product performance and building/executing corrective action plans • Developing marketing tools to increase sales channels’ awareness to gain valuable customers at each customer contact points • Managing digital budget, creating alternative sales channels and building affiliate relationship to increase online sales channel’s activation performance • Working closely to the sales and marketing communication teams to support brand development and experiential activities at sales points • Working closely with all aspects of the business to gather product and channel insights and utilize data and customer insights to provide recommendations to drive channel performance and market share • Lead, coach and develop the team that will create and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as the challenger in the market.
•Strengthening the Avea’s brand position in responsible regions in line with sales& marketing strategy •Managing and planning Sales and Marketing activities in responsible regions in order to maximize sales volumes and revenues and to ensure the right organization and structure is in place for delivering the objectives. •Developing and driving long term relationship with channel owners to fulfill sales and marketing objectives •Working with sales, segment and Marcom teams to make sure all marketing communication and activities are in line with regional strategy. •Identifying customers’ brand choice differences and fill with research needs to design best fit customer campaigns. •Lead, coach and develop the team that will create and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as the challenger in the market.
