I am a results-driven Supply Chain Management expert with 14 years of extensive experience in procurement, logistics, and supply chain optimization. I also have proven experience in managing complex logistics processes and procurement operations across various industries, including domestic and international markets. In this NGO there are several donators from both UN agencies and other NGOs. From Year 2017 to 2019 I've worked as a procurement officer for the project funded by UNFPA.This project in Turkey 17 different location with ministry of health has been designed centers who could access both health assisastance and adaptation activities for women and girls. In this project all the procurement ,documentation and logistics processes was under my reponsibility and for several demands like renovation of centers,procurement of both office equipments and medical equipments,etc. For right process and demand planning management I've worked with project team, finance department in ASAM HQ and field team in 17 location. From Year 2019 to 2022 I've worked as Senior Procurement Officer with same responsibilities for diffrent projects of ASAM with EU, UNWOMEN,UNICEF. Now I'm working as Senior Logistics Officer for ASAM.With this new position I'm working for both configuration and enhancement of logistics process managing and supply chain planning.
Thanks to this work experience, I was involved in all aspects of the supply chain, particularly domestic and international purchasing operations. Within my scope of responsibility, I played a role in all operations related to the procurement of domestic and international machinery parts, raw materials, and semi-finished products, including those from other subsidiaries of the factory, from the right supplier at the right time and in line with specified requirements.
This is a work experience that involves communicating overseas purchase orders for finished and semi-finished products required for the company's final production to supplier companies and organizing and controlling the import operation process from order to goods acceptance.
The purchase of commercial and contract manufacturing end products covers the procurement of both imported and domestic products in different product groups, models, colors, and sizes. This includes arranging supplier agreements for these products and ensuring effective order management within the operation for the products covered by the agreement by structuring the right product-right demand flow and planning shipments. The job description also includes preparing periodic Purchasing Reports according to product category, evaluating supplier performance, and reporting on it.
My primary responsibilities included ensuring timely delivery of all orders to customers with whom the company conducts road transport exports; tracking and organizing all operational processes from the order process to loading planning; preparing the necessary documentation for export procedures; and ensuring the flow of information to the customer regarding the entire operational process. In addition, my job description included preparing supplier performance reports, conducting monthly reports and analyses within the scope of business development and customer value creation projects and sharing them with the customer, and preparing active action plans to resolve issues based on the results of these analyses to ensure the sustainability of the necessary organization.
