-Managed the entire recruitment process for assigned departments, including job postings, CV screening, interviews, and offer meetings – with a particular focus on junior hiring processes in collaboration with İŞKUR. -Collaborated closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and developed tailored job descriptions accordingly. -Oversaw the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and completion of all required documentation. -Acted as the first point of contact for employees in assigned departments regarding HR policies, benefits, and general inquiries. -Led offboarding procedures, including conducting exit interviews and facilitating smooth transitions for departing employees. -Supported the performance review cycle by ensuring timely execution and follow-up. -Provided guidance on performance improvement plans and contributed to employee development efforts. -Monitored and reported key HR metrics such as turnover rates, time-to-hire, and other recruitment-related statistics. -Designed and implemented a career management system from scratch, with a focus on internal promotions and structured career paths. -Played a key role in the HR-ERP migration project, including coordinating with the new service provider, analyzing process flows, and delivering stakeholder requirements.
