International Joint Master of Research in Work and Organizational Psychology @Maastricht University

About

I recently completed my Bachelor of Science in Integrated Social and Cognitive Psychology at Constructor University, complemented by a minor in International Business Administration. My thesis, “Understanding the Inner Script: The Psychological Effects of Self-Talk Pronouns During Cognitive Challenges on Self-Esteem and Self-Efficacy,” explored how the pronouns we use in self-talk influence our confidence and performance during demanding tasks—a topic that blends psychological theory with practical implications for personal and professional development. Building on this foundation, I am excited to begin the International Joint Master of Research in Work and Organizational Psychology at Maastricht University. Through this program, I aim to deepen my understanding of how to optimize team dynamics, promote psychologically healthy workplaces, and support effective, human-centered leadership. Alongside my academic work, I have held leadership roles such as Head of Operations for the Student Consultancy and Head of Final Events for the Young Entrepreneurs Summit 2024, where I developed project management and team leadership skills. I am now actively seeking new work experiences that will allow me to apply my interdisciplinary knowledge, gain hands-on exposure, and contribute to organizations striving for positive change.
