Key Achievements: • Spearheaded the development and implementation of the first 24x7 automated production support of $20M BPM application across all phases of SDLC & DR (ARAS), which reduced incident turnaround time from days to less than 5 minutes and reduced production incidents by 95% • Created first automated regression testing and code validation software for (for ARAS), resulting in validation time dropping from a week to under 5 minutes with a strong increase in accuracy, usable by anyone on the team
Key Achievements: • Unit Airman of the Year in 1997 with multiple ribbons and commendations including Air Force Achievement Medal • Member of the first ANG Weather Unit team to ever receive highest possible national score for excellence (2000) • As Lead QA/QC sergeant reporting to Senior NCO, was responsible for error-free weather products and training airmen • Developed automated processes and systems for more accurate QC and forecast validation • Briefed pilots, commanding officers, civilians, and other customers • Selected and tested new COTS tools and systems • Volunteered for missions including training boy scouts for weather badge at National Scout Jamboree 1997 in VA and serving victims of a major hurricane in Honduras in 1998 • Taught weather classes to elementary school students at multiple schools
