Komtera Information Technologies is a value added IT distributor. Komtera provides products, solutions and services in IT security, data recovery and disaster recovery. The vendors Komtera works with includes; McAfee, Vasco, Cyren, Cyberoam, WatchGuard, ObserveIt, Skybox, AccessData. • Developing new business within existing accounts to remain a client-account manager relationship by up-selling and cross-selling, as well as hunting in new accounts. • Managing the sales process from discovery through negotiation and closing. • Identifying key decision makers and the customer’s budgetary process. • Leading sales presentations at reseller and top enterprise clients. • Coordinating sales activities with field sales reps and PM's • Organizing and managing pipeline and preparing revenue forecasts • Formulating new business strategies and implementing tactical plans to achieve the assigned targets. • Developing relationship with key partners & enterprise accounts. • Preparing business plans with existing partners, to manage their sales activities and relations. • Analyzing monthly and annual sales figures, to compare with a year before’s numbers, to share with relevant departments and prepare next year revenue targets over a road map. • Conducting communication activities with vendors and deploying every information obtained from them within the company • Working on new products and have channel concentrating on specified solutions.
• Solution recommendation & project planning for the products on Infonet’s portfolio, which include Check Point, Trend Micro, Websense, IBM(ISS), RSA, IPSWITCH • Establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts. • Gaining knowledge and insight to customer's business priorities and challenges and proposing security solutions to address these needs. • Prospecting, negotiating and closing sales to enterprises through partners. • Managing and solving conflicts with partners. • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships. • Face to face weekly meetings with named accounts. • Train resellers on all new products and promotions. • Creating and developing business & marketing plans to increase vendor sales and market share in the security space. Develop/share vision and value proposition with vendors and resellers. • Implementing partner programs, new channel initiatives, strategic partnerships with resellers. Working with a team to grow our new business via our partners to the enduser.
• Solution recommendation & project planning for the products on Aptec’s portfolio, which include McAfee, Symantec, CA, Secure Computing, APC • Recruitment, evaluation and enablement of new Partners. • Provide Strategic Account Management to a small number of high value Partners and Account • Work with sales to ensure Pipeline Management for specific partners. • Out bound calling to specific partners regarding channel campaign and program enablement. • Coordinating with internal teams to assist partner sales representatives in developing sales plans, education and training certifications. • Providing regular management reports for designated partners, including sell-through analysis and partner sales training reports if required - Key measurements – Revenue Growth, Certifications, Strategic Product Integration, Partner & End-user satisfaction
