Answer phone calls, assist patients in scheduling appointments, administer patient intake forms, and complete family histories and patient medical histories. Communicate test results to patients and physicians by phone and/or in writing, and organize patient data using Excel. Provide phone services to patients with rare diseases and integrate care resources (social welfare, psychological, genetic counseling). Prepare and organize materials for the genetics conference monthly. Conducted essential lab experiments involving DNA, RNA, protein purification, cell culture, and qPCR. Executing single-cell RNA sequencing experiments and providing guidance to new personnel. Conducted macrophage differentiation and confirmed it through flow cytometry analysis. Conducted RNA methylation experiments and confirmed methylation effectiveness through High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC).
