Oversight Responsibilities: - Oversee all quality-related activities in the Tong Hsing assembly/Testing BU. - Supervise daily duties of the Quality Control (QC) department. - Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and procedures. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met. Incoming Quality Control: - Standardize income checking rules and methods. - Control and manage defective materials. - Drive and manage risk materials. In-line Quality Control: - Manage in-process abnormalities. - Continuously improve manufacturing processes. - Optimize risk processes and working methods. - Manage internal audits. - Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address quality issues. Outgoing Quality Control: - Handle customer complaints effectively. - Address external quality requirements. - Manage both external and internal quality costs. - Ensure final product quality meets customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
