Job Description: - Recruitment process including filter job application, deal with recruitment agency for candidate sourcing, interview arrangement, pre-recruit process such as preparation of offer letter, pre-employment checkup letter - Trainee management including end-to-end internship recruitment process, do hiring in SAP, handling all internship related issues like allowance and OT claim - Leave, Medical and Time management to process employees leave application and medical claims, maintain leave and medical entitlement in SAP and handle all SAP system issues related to leave, medical and time - Personnel Marketing to deal with university for internship vacancy and permanent job vacancy, and manage career fair related matters - Expatriate management including apply visa / work permit and accommodation sourcing for company expatriate - Training administration including to update company training calendar, sourcing training program for employees and register on behalf, process invoices from training provider - To deal with purchasing department to get the quotation, raise Bonaparte to order equipment needed by department - Act as HOD travel coordinator to book flight ticket and process all travel related invoices - To organize HR related events, for example Health Day, Diversity Day, and act as company committee in organizing company annual dinner - Act as supervisor and guide trainees in HR department
