During my undergraduate degree I was employed at the GARDENA Manufacturing GmbH (a member of the Husqvarna Group) for the time of my studies. Job rotation was an integral part of the on-the-job learning process, therefore I worked in several departments, to acquire work-specific skills as well as a broad overview of the processes within the company. Predominantly, however I worked in Product Management.
During a 3 month placement at the Australian headquarter of the Husqvarna Group I assisted on a warehousing project to introduce new warehousing-standards as well as on the preparation of the launch of the UPM brand ("Universal powered by McCulloch") on which I wrote a project thesis for my undergraduate degree.
