Build, manage, and analyze financial data for 300+ senior living communities. Oversee the annual budgeting packages that are used for all levels of business from finances, leasing activity, to staffing levels and load files to our systems plus distribute to respective operators and investors. Develop dynamic Power BI dashboards or Excel models to elevate operational decision making across all portfolios and provide enhanced insight into trends. Work with senior leadership to identify strengths / weaknesses and how to improve profitability or hit investor goals. Build out-ward facing PowerPoint's either using Power BI integration or a combination of Excel models to showcase successes or challenges with identified opportunities for improvement. Develop and collaborate with leadership to create proformas that allow the company to capture new business opportunities.
Build, design, manage, analyze, collaborate, & communicate (in simple terms) complex dashboards to relevant executive leadership, capital investors, and department heads. Specialized in Marketing, Sales, Infectious Diseases (COVID), & Operations, with occasional work in Finance, Accounting, & HR data. Use Excel, Power Query, & Power BI to build dashboards and identify KPIs to provide solutions based on analysis of data. Pull data from numerous sources and tie them together to be able to show enhanced correlation trends/relationships. Train, manage, and communicate skills to any employee that needs assistance with data modeling to better the company as a whole and "feed them for a lifetime". Delegate tasks or train new analysts when needed.
