Creative lead from concept to execution, this role involves closely managing major creative projects within the business, including designer and artist collaborations, windows, residential and VM spaces across the store. As the creative senior I play a key role in the design, production and implementation of the businesses quarterly schemes, including regular meetings with stakeholders, 3D, Graphics and Fashion Styling teams to create & execute a seamless, revolutionary retail environment that aims to surprise, amaze & amuse Selfridges customers。 Efficiently managing multiple high profile store design projects, visuals available upon request. This process involved project management to meet deadlines while sourcing and designing kit and creative treatments for new spaces. Creation of concept boards,specifications and floor plans with timelines and technical drawings of the installations. Transparent communication is delivered to brands, contractors and suppliers with strong research of mood,colour and material direction, allowing the destinations to merge within their luxury setting。 I work closely managing my team to challenge their ideas across the store while mentoring technical and creative solutions within the creative production of installations and fashion styling of luxury brands. I own material selection, prop sourcing and styling elements for conceptual and fashion spaces. This is delivered with a sustainable and innovative approach often working with charities to reduce land fill, enabling Selfridges to be an influencer in plastic waste and in line with the businesses creative and sustainable initiatives。
