Lead global operations and expansion. Work across enterprise and regional leadership with Finance, Legal, HR (EORs), IT, Development and Programs predominantly in North America (Canada, US, Mexico), Europe (UK, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Spain) and Asia (China, India, Japan, Indonesia).
Oversaw Europe, Middle East and Africa regions for Johns Hopkins for-profit international subsidiary. Program Management: Managed 7 international clients with multiple onsite engagements. Budget Management: Developed annual consulting budget, tracking revenue, delivering P&L statements, and ensuring client retention to maintain funding. International Partnership Development: Lead contracts/consulting programs in UAE, Turkey, Lebanon, South Africa and Greece. Business Development: Served as business development director for 3 regions bringing in new revenue. Proposal Management: Prepared government and private sector proposals.
Reporting to Chief Global Programs Officer led the overhaul of operational processes, continuous improvement and policies across the organization to better enable harmonization and organizational growth for $203M in contacts and grants. Includes field strategy development, staff project management capacity development, security, country prioritization and security initiatives at the global level.
Direct operations for an international programs group staff of 45 covering strategic portfolio strategy, capacity development, donor funding quality and program impact analysis for +$800M diversified funding portfolio. Responsible for developing and implementing global and regional engagement strategies for determining WV’s global sector and investment footprint.
Provided oversight of over-the-horizon Megatrends planning project and development/review of the organizations national office strategy development tools.
