Simon Mackenzie is Global Head of Relationship Management at CSC. He is responsible for developing and implementing Group CRM strategy. He leads a team responsible for the firm’s Global Tier 1 clients with a focus on building relationships, growing and enhancing the client service offering with access to the entire global product range. Simon was Global Head of Relationship Management for Intertrust Group, prior to its acquisition by CSC. He was previously Managing Director of Intertrust Jersey and Chairman of the Intertrust Channel Islands Executive Leadership Team with over 500 staff in the Channel Islands. He successfully led the integration of the Elian Jersey business to Intertrust. Over three years he oversaw significant growth in revenue and profitability reinforcing and building on the position of Intertrust Jersey as a market leader across Fund Administration, Corporate Services, Capital Markets and Private Wealth. Simon was formerly Group Director and Global Head of Corporate Services at Elian until its acquisition by Intertrust in September 2016. He had global responsibility for the growth of Elian's corporate services businesses in Jersey, Guernsey, Luxembourg, London, BVI, Cayman and Hong Kong. He was previously a Partner in the Ogier Group and was part of the team that led the MBO of Elian (formerly Ogier Fiduciary Services) from the Ogier Group in June 2014. Simon has significant fund administration experience including board positions on mezzanine, private equity and real estate fund managers / GPs. He also has extensive experience acting as a director in the real estate, healthcare, telecoms, infrastructure, insurance, retail and technology sectors, including restructuring and refinancing. Simon graduated in 1992 from Dundee University as a Bachelor of Law (LLB). He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and holds the STEP Diploma in International Trust Management with distinction (2002). He is also a member of the Institute of Directors.
