Data Migration Specialist | Independent Consultant | Bridging Technology and People Since 2005, I’ve led data migration initiatives across financial services, retail, and manufacturing —guiding complex transitions with precision, structure, and a strong focus on quality, compliance, and business continuity. I facilitate and lead design workshops with functional leads, domain experts, and system specialists to: * Define migration scope and data sets * Assess data quality and transformation needs * Translate findings into functional and technical designs * Integrate control frameworks for audits and assurance I also develop SQL-based solutions when needed and deliver smart reporting to demonstrate not just completion—but success.

Ik ben hier opgeleid als tester, om gedetacheerd te worden bij diverse opdrachtgevers, maar werd ‘gedetacheerd’ bij de binnendienst, voor administratie en contractmanagement rondom het plaatsen van medewerkers bij opdrachtgevers
