20 years scaling companies across the Nordics and beyond. Today, I work with B2B and B2C companies as a hands-on growth partner. I usually help with three things: Market entry (0→1) First commercial hire, I help open the market, create momentum, and land the first customers. Sales & Partnerships For companies already in-market, I help build pipeline through new business, expansion, affiliates, resellers, and partner deals. SEO + AI visibility If buyers and AI systems can't find, understand, or trust your website, pipeline gets expensive. I fix the technical foundations and content signals so your company can be understood, found, and cited. Who I work with: Companies with traction that want to scale into new Nordic markets, move upmarket, or grow without building a full team too early. Budget is real. Not infinite. We start with status quo. Sometimes you need more commercial hands without hiring. Sometimes you need someone to open a market from scratch. Sometimes the issue is tracking, SEO, AI visibility, paid media, partnerships, creatives, or the agency setup around it. I help you figure out what matters first. Then I either run it myself and/or bring in vetted agency partners. One point of contact either way. Background and work ex: PriceRunner DK – Country Manager Denmark, acquired by ValueClick (later Klarna). Grew revenue from zero to multi-million DKK, built into Denmark's #1 comparison shopping service. Telness – CMO and investor, acquired by Telia. 5x ARR growth from single-digit to double-digit millions, rebuilt GTM from cold outbound to full all-bound motion. Prisjakt UK, Ireland & New Zealand – drove +250% revenue growth, scaled affiliate and partnership network across three markets. Workey – co-founder, acquired by HR North (Mecom Group). Grew to cash flow positive and 25-person team, built AI-driven job ranking algorithm in partnership with Stockholm University. Tech Troopers – first commercial hire and equity partner, acquired by Smartify (ex. hockey pro. Mats Sundin venture). The list above looks tidy on a profile. It didn't always feel tidy from the inside. A few companies were well-funded. Most were built on tight budgets, curiosity, creativity, and the help of amazing coworkers. Two came close to bankruptcy, twice. I probably learned more from those moments than from the wins. I've been around long enough to be useful, and humble enough to know that timing and luck also did some of the heavy lifting. Work with me. Let's talk: tidycal.com/simon-hemph/30-minute-meeting
