I planned and led initiatives to market, which delivered on customer profitability and retention metrics for the Small Business Fixed Data & Voice portfolio (comprising over 1m services and $1bn+ revenue p.a.). Key responsibilities: - Execution of strategic yield initiatives to achieve the annual and mid-term financial plan. - Short and long term Customer base and Revenue/GCM forecasting - Design and delivery of annual base management strategy - Cross company stakeholder engagement - Frequent leadership of virtual matrixed teams
Accountable for delivery of annual initiative roadmap for new customer acquisition and delivery of core P&L objectives (customer growth, revenue, GCM) across the Telstra Small Business fixed data portfolio. Core responsibility to deliver initiatives from concept to market, plus own the strategy and delivery of annual tactical acquisition plan including: Product leadership, Forecasting/Planning, Go-to-market / execution lead, exec stakeholder management, IT, commercial planning and approvals.
Responsible for driving profitable growth of Optus' fixed Broadband, Telephony & TV products Accountable for the P&L, Acquisition, Churn and Customer Experience for the portfolio - Manage the day-to-day trading performance of Optus Broadband/Telephony products - Creation of annual operating plan targets for Subscribers, Revenue, Gross Margin and Churn - Develop initiatives that contribute to the commercial success of the product - Drive Marketing activity to ensure successful product launches whilst complying to Legal and Regulatory requirements
Responsible for delivering insight-led propositions to market in the $3.2bn Mature market segment, across all sales/care channels as part of the overall integrated segment plan and strategy. - Key contributor to strategy and planning, driving segment acquisition + retention/lifecycle management to improve market share, customer lifetime value and revenue for the segment. - Segment reporting on acquisition and retention, including guidance on channel strengths and weaknesses - Delivery of segment insight updates plus briefing of research - Deep analysis of quantitative/quantitative research outputs specific to the Mature segment. - Accountable for Go-to-Market execution of multiple concurrent initiatives - Constant Internal + External stakeholder management to decision maker level
- Responsible E2E product management of bundled home Telephony + Broadband products (Annual turnover >$1bn). - Accountable for creating and executing programs to stimulate revenue + EBIT while maintaining GM and subscriber share (>1m subs) - Frequent competitor analysis and identification of opportunities to win across Online, Direct, Indirect and Telemarketing channels. -Proactively taking charge of reporting and required analyses of the daily performance of these products. - Key marketing contributor on Major CAPEX programs including the Optus NBN launch and Optus Home Zone (Femtocell) - Effective management of Go-to-Market and technical core teams, plus a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to decision-maker level.
