I am completing a three-year cooperative education program with Accenture while pursuing a B.A. in Business Administration – Digital Commerce Management at DHBW Mannheim, with graduation expected in September 2026. My experience spans business analysis, banking technology strategy, regulatory transformation, and SAP Core-System modernization. Currently, I support a Jira and Confluence Data Center-to-Cloud migration affecting approximately 5,000 users. My responsibilities include interface governance and stakeholder alignment, maintaining tracking for around 40 interfaces, and preparing status reports, project plans, steering-committee materials, and decision papers for senior client stakeholders. In parallel, I contribute to cloud and operating-model proposals, market research, and audit documentation for a BaFin audit under Section 44 of the German Banking Act. Previously, I supported the modernization of an SAP core system for a financial services client, translating regulatory and business requirements into approximately 20 use cases and related process models, user stories, feature designs, and test cases. I have also led two one-week school internship programs for approximately 12 participants each and conducted an internal proof of concept on the use of enterprise AI copilots for end-to-end handbook creation. My bachelor thesis examines how generative artificial intelligence changes activities and value creation in strategic management consulting. My core interests lie in strategy and transformation, financial services, business analysis, and technology-enabled change.
