0→1 contribution to the launch of TOBi, Vodafone Italy’s first AI chatbot for Customer Care. Redesigned the conversational experience and UX architecture, while leading the design of the new e-commerce and self-care web platform. Shaped design strategy for customer and business impact, defined MVPs, and built roadmaps to evolve them by leading the tribe’s design division and producing guidelines and lessons-learned reports.
