𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲 My background combines commercial and client-management experience with analytical training and a Master's degree in Marketing Psychology. I currently work as an Account Manager in the hospitality sector, where I support hosts in managing and growing their listings. 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 On the Airbnb project I manage a portfolio of hosts: account performance optimization, retention and growth.
