𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲 My background combines commercial and client-management experience with analytical training and a Master's degree in Marketing Psychology. I currently work as an Account Manager in the hospitality sector, where I support hosts in managing and growing their listings. 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 On the Airbnb project I manage a portfolio of hosts: account performance optimization, retention and growth. This role builds on 4+ years in hospitality and sales in Seville, where I handled client onboarding, developed 10+ B2B partnerships and generated revenue through direct sales and cross-selling. On that foundation I built analytical training: my degrees in Psychology with highest honors between Rome and Valencia, and an internship in Market Research and Data Analysis spanning 20+ projects across the energy, banking, media and telecommunications sectors — from survey design to data analysis and client reporting. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 In my Master's thesis, I designed an experiment on hotel loyalty programs and consumer-brand relationships, combining my academic background with my hospitality experience. My portfolio also includes a market research study on luxury fashion consumer behavior (n=230) and a predictive analysis on healthcare data using machine learning.
