I consider myself to be a positive, motivated and enthusiastic person that is a quick learner and loves new challenges. I adapt well to a variety of working situations and have over 15 years’ experience of working within the Administrative and Customer Service industry, that has included working with a diverse range of people. I have experience of working as part of a team and I have the ability to work alone with minimal supervision.
During my time at HM Revenue and Customs I undertook a number of different duties and learnt a variety of skills. These included management of Inspectors calendars, arranging of VAT seminars alongside general offices duties, such as writing letters to customers and date entry. From the role I developed excellent customer service skills and became proficent in Mircosoft Office.
