As a Customer Assistant, I would be the first contact for the customers helping them reach their desired outcome by educating them on the products. I would also oversee stock management as deliveries would arrive and updating our inventory systems. Weekly sale KPI's were also present.
As well as the regular tasks of a Customer Assistant, I would support the Store Manager in visual merchandising, inventory management, and creating rosters. I also facilitated the training of team members, including performance management based on the company KPI's. During my time, I also assisted in the rollout of Kepler Analytics in store.
