About

I am a bilingual Singaporean multidisciplinary creative. My most current role focuses on helping one of Singapore's fastest-growing unicorn start-ups, Carro, to build its brand across Asia. Before this, I spent 20 years working in various creative agencies across Asia, including Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Singapore. Throughout my career, I have had the pleasure of working with talented and passionate people, striving for a shared goal of creating the best and most meaningful work for customers and businesses. My past work has been recognised for creativity and effectiveness at international and regional awards, including Cannes, D&AD, Adfest, Spikes Asia, and Effies, amongst others. Outside of my profession, I indulge in my other passion, photography, creating and exhibiting work under the name "Zhou HanShun".

Experience

  • Creative Lead at CARRO
    Feb 2022 - Mar 2025 · 3 yrs 2 mos

    • Built an in-house creative team within the marketing department for Carro, APAC's No.1 Online Used Car Marketplace. • Helped shape Carro's brand presence in Asia. • Led a regional creative team of art directors, copywriters, designers and video editors. We created: 1. The "No Drama. Just Quality Used Cars" campaign, which generated over 25 million impressions, more than 11.4 million video views, over 1200 shares on social media, an 18% increase in car sales, and a 15% increase in brand awareness. Won six awards at YouTube Works Awards Southeast Asia. The Big Bang Southeast Asia - Winner Best in Country - SG, Winner Best Brand Story - SG, Winner The Big Bang - SG, Winner Master of Media - MY, First runner-up Best Brand Story - MY, First runner-up 2. A brand film for Hari Raya that generated over 9 million impressions and more than 5 million video views, resulting in a 110% increase in car sales and a 13% increase in brand awareness.

    • Oversaw and guided the Art Direction and Design for the HSBC global and regional campaigns across Asia-Pacific. Coordinated with different stakeholders on regional and global projects. • Oversaw the development of the HSBC 150th Anniversary Augmented Reality Banknote Mobile App and completion within 3 months. It became the No. 1 app in the Hong Kong App Store and the banknote received more than 8 million subscriptions. • Conceptualised, designed and art directed the integrated advertising campaign that led users to download the HSBC AR Mobile App.
