As a independent professional, I have worked with clients including Vanilla Solutions, Cognito, BAE Systems, Skanska, Largo Foods, Survitec, Third Bridge and Guidepoint. All of these engagements have been for businesses embarking on significant change projects and I have provided support to ensure that the appropriate operational or project structures are established and maintained. In some cases, I have provided project management services and am equally comfortable contributing to projects at both operational and strategic levels.
My time with IFS has seen me engaged in the delivery side of the business, working as an Application Consultant, Project Manager and Consulting Manager before moving to Consulting Services Director in 2006. As Consulting Services Director, my key responsibility was centred on P&L accountability for the consulting and support functions, managing all service and support delivery staff. I have lead business planning activities for consulting and support operations and directed organisation re-design to drive improvements in margins and customer service. Regularly engaging with customers and partners during the service delivery cycle, my focus has always been to deliver value for all parties in any business dealings.
