Project based contract to support the construction of a new production plant in Koprivnice. - company transformation from “start-up system” to “lean & data driven system” (includes digitalisation) - responsible for launching a new technology (semi-automatic production lines) and warehouse systems - designing layouts, processes and standards in production & logistics - building new company structure, which will help the company in transformation (setting responsibilities, couching, hiring,…)
Leading cross-functional teams across the manufacturing plant with one clear goal - help people work smarter and more efficiently.
