Always challenging the status quo, Simon has held either the CEO or MD position in leading organisations that have had a material impact on 'Whole of Talent' and People Strategy across Australia for more than a decade. Simon is regarded as a leading contributor to the whole of Talent conversation in Australia. His career has taken him to the UK and Europe but it is his unrivalled Australian domain expertise that he is most recognised for. Simon’s extensive in market and global experience sees him regularly called upon for insights on the Australian executive employment market, workplace culture, diversity, leadership and business trends. Simon is also a regular contributor in CEO circles to the conversation on innovation, entrepreneurship and Australia’s burgeoning SME and Start-up sector. Simon was a finalist for Start-Up Executive of the Year at the 2017 Australian CEO Awards. In recognition of the impact the business he led had on the Australian marketplace. Simon is currently an Advisory Board member of the National Basketball League (NBL), University of Technology’s (UTS) Advanced MBA Program and LifeChanger.
