Contribute to HR Digital Roadmap discussions by capturing Regional requirements and providing priorities to feed the global Digital HR roadmap. Provide guidance and support on the implementation and deployment of the HR solutions at Regional level. Design and implement effective adoption strategies and plans for the HR solutions, based on the best practices and the specific needs of the local HR teams. Prepare the Regional training programs for the HR solutions. Identify the gaps and provide recommendations for improvement. HR on-boarding: prepare the onboarding programs for the HR newcomers on the HR digital solutions and ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge. Support local HR community in Yearly Cycles by ensuring the HR solutions are used effectively and consistently throughout the cycles. Provide feedback and suggestions for optimization and enhancement of the HR solutions. Communicate and promote the HR digital vision, roadmap, and achievements to the HR community and the business. Solicit and incorporate feedback from the HR community and the business on the HR solutions. Provide support and guidance to the HR community on the security access rights issues and requests. Test the HR solutions during the User Acceptance Tests (UAT) and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement. Steer local HRDS partners in their Region. Anticipate and manage the impact and resistance to change and drive change management.

Provide administrative service for France / western Europe countries: data entry, document producing, reporting activity Enter data for payroll and time & attendance into the relevant systems according to predefined processes Operate within team SLAs for quality, accuracy and turnaround time. Prioritize own workload in an efficient manner and anticipate problems. Provide data/workload information to team-leader on a weekly basis and as requested. Gain a more in depth understanding of the country specific legislation to be able to advise within own area of expertise and know when to escalate issues to the team-leader. Own specific processes as allocated, developing personal expertise and ensuring sufficient cover within the team. Use and develop expertise in the full range of tools and technology required to perform the role. Provide a professional and friendly service. Develop an effective working relationship with related departments across the business to ensure a streamlined service is provided to the customer. Continually look at ways of improving process and procedures within the HR function to improve the level of support provided to the customer.

Recruitment and selection of employees for Cluj Napoca hypermarket - 560 employees hired for the store opening; update new candidates database; close collaboration with Sales Department. Communicate with other departments; provide information and assistance regarding recruitment, transfers, employment, personnel records and legislation. Use of SAP for: hiring new employees, modifying already existing contracts, administration of personnel, keeping record of medical leaves, holidays of the employees, importing time sheets, liquidation of employees according to legal requirements and instructions from the Headquarters based in Bucharest. Ensure that accurate information reflects in payroll database, verify, and provide inputs regarding data and pay changes. Inform applicants and employees regarding various programs and procedure requirements such as hours of work, benefits, general work expectations, and time off. Maintain confidentially concerning personnel actions, legal actions and organizational plans.
