Essendo una ragazza appassionata delle diverse tematiche HR mi piace tenermi aggiornata sui diversi sviluppi in questo ambito. Dopo una laurea triennale in un percorso orientato verso le Risorse Umane ho approfondito le principali tematiche (Selezione, Formazione, Gestione e Amministrazione del Personale) grazie ad un Executive Master con un'impronta sia teorica che pratica. Non avendo però affrontato, prettamente da un punto di vista teorico, la tematica del Payroll al momento mi sto focalizzando sul completamento, in autonomia, di un corso base inerente la tematica di Paghe e Contributi.
