My main responsibilities included managing and updating CRM systems to ensure efficient customer segmentation and targeted marketing. Marketing Campaigns: Assisted in the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns aimed at potential clients, helping to drive lead generation and customer retention.
As part of the Nexteria “Project in Practice” program, we had the opportunity to work on a project for the company Accenture. Our task was to improve Nexteria’s CRM system and optimize its use for more efficient contact management and internal processes.
As part of the Nexteria “Project in Practice” program, I had the opportunity to collaborate with Orange IoT and gain insight into their approach to customer experience, both in the context of the Internet of Things (IoT) for an external corporate client and internal users.
