• Assure the updating of card products and services already launched; • Pursue the market impact of the new card products and services launched by the Bank; • Assure the best operation of the bank’s card products and services; • Participate and propose the superior card officer the strategy of placing the Bank’s card terminals, I evaluate the necessary equipment; • Participate and collaborate with the Methodology Department for setting out the norms and work procedures with cards, as well as their updating;
• Select candidates for the vacant jobs, and take part in the recruitment interviews; • Prepare and organize the evaluation process of all Bank’s employees; • Draw up the staff organization chart for the head office and for all operational units of the Bank; • Draw up and manage the training programmers for the Bank’s personnel; • Make the selection of candidates and prepare the short list of candidates; • Make proposals for up-dating the training programmer function of necessities and requirements; • Grant specialized advice and assistance to the operational units of the Bank;
