An experienced and successful Finance Director/Chief Financial Officer, who has gained extensive experience in corporate finance, M&A, FP&A, and leading the establishment and transformation of the finance function. Some key achievements to date include: • No. 1 finance position at Parogon, onboarding the outsourced accounts and establishing the groups own core function including AP and Commercial/Financial. • Spearheaded a £10m refinancing package for existing debt and securing headroom for growth capital • A key member on the Hawthorn IPO exploration and subsequent sale of business to Admiral Taverns • Advised on a number of pub acquisition packages, most recently the Everard’s transaction. • Lead the financial aspects on a number of £300m property valuations • Leadership role in a business division with turnover of £400million and EBITDA of £100million • First ever Award Winner at Stonegate Pub Co. • Active role in team rolling out 1650 tills in 3 months • Delivering a forensic accounting claim of £1million • Reducing mgmt accounts close by upto 10 days.
