During my studies I have obtained a Masters degree in Social sciences. Careerwise I have over 14 years of experience at the intersection of HR strategies and business development. As an experienced Key Account Manager I am able to build good relationships with clients, and understand their requirements better. I have the ability to make the right decision, and find it easy for me to solve complex problems; these are also some of my personal traits.
I Advise to over 100 of the largest companies in Slovenia on HR strategies, employer branding and recruitment. I achieve above average sales growth every year by expanding existing partnerships. I do not lose clients, but build long-term relationships. Clients recognize me as a thought leader in the field of employer branding and HR trends. I often act as a “one-point-shop” for my clients’ on HR issues.

I led 4 business units, a team of 10 employees and over 500 external workers. Responsible for sales plan and budget. Implemented improvements in employment processes and legal compliance. Managed key customers and concluded contractual agreements.
Established and managed a new branch of an international recruitment agency in Slovenia. Built a local team and obtained a state concession for HR services. Developed a candidate database and advised key clients on recruitment. Represented the company in Slovenia and abroad.
The beginning of a career in human resources services, where I combined sales and personnel selection. Acquired new clients and carried out the entire recruitment process. This work was a fundamental school, which I am still proud of today.
