Recent projects include: - Factoring Market Evaluation Report for Development Bank of Jamaica - Value Chain Finance Model for the Dairy sector in Kyrgyzstan - Assist develop Agri Value Chain model for vanilla farmers through Tonga Development Bank (featured in Wall St Journal - see link below) - Multiple product pilots for asset based finance models and AVCF in Papua New Guinea - IFC China, bank training for 140 regional bankers - SME finance workshops for IFC Rwanda, Kosovo, Lebanon - Advisory project on Movables finance with IFC India - ADB market development projects in Pacific Island region, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Vanuatu and Palau - Lead Financial Consultant for the 2013 ADB SME Finance Monitor - IFC Movables Finance project in Central Asian - Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan. - Risk management workshops for ADB throughout their country network. Simon has presented at multiple SME Finance and Factoring conferences including the 2016 SME Finance Forum in Shanghai. He frequently presents at IFC and ADB Risk management workshops and presented a paper at the World Bank conference in Rio de Janerio on "Innovative Finance products for the SME sector" .
Broad CEO role leading a highly skilled and motivated group of people at Lock Finance. Lock Finance is a niche financier providing inventory and debtor finance solutions for SME business clients. The team work closely with banks, brokers and professional advisors to find the right supply chain funding mix. Lock's prides itself on maintaining close ongoing relationships with clients, in good times and tough times. I stepped down as CEO in December 2012 but was invited to join the Board from January 2013 and remain on the Credit Committee.

Commenced MBE from start up, built to 7 franchise locations before sale to US investor. In 1995 my wife and I purchased the NZ rights for MBE, a USA based franchise offering a range of postal and small business services. We opened the first pilot centre in Newmarket in June 1999. Within 3 years we expanded the MBE network to 7 centres through the sale of franchise rights. In 1999 the Master Franchise was sold.
