• Manage global customer programs with commercial and technical ownership • Creation and maintenance of project plans, milestones, risk analyses, Timing and status reports • Oversee full project lifecycle: acquisition, design development, industrialisation, SOP • Integrate and align external partners within program timelines • Executive reporting: Provide structured updates to VP-level and steering committees • Ensure compliance with standards, timelines, and regulations • Support contracts and manage scope changes (change management) • Drive process improvements and agile elements in traditional workflows • Lead cross-functional teams across continents • Coordination of internal functions: PD, purchasing, ME, launch, logistics, Q, sales, costing, controlling • Drive business case creation and profitability targets • Handle OEM communication from first contact to launch • Own budget, forecasting, and investment planning • Define financial roadmap, risks, and opportunities • Identify early risks and implement preventive measures • Escalation management and proactive resolution of critical project deviations • KPI tracking: Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement • Launch readiness: Secure ramp-up plans, production trials, and customer approvals
