As part the European Leadership Team I lead a team in various locations coaching, mentoring and training people to help them reach their targets focusing on vision & strategy, sales & marketing, quality / customer service, manufacturing productivity and P&L cost control. In addition to this role since November 2017 I have being part of the execution team leading the acquisition of Armstrong by Knauf a major building product manufacturer. This is an extremely complex take over, a ‘carve out’ of a ‘carve out’. My main areas of focus are the transition of I.T. systems, manufacturing & supply chain operations and the sales / marketing & commercial excellence process. - $95M green field manufacturing facility in Russia - Meeting annual EBITDA goal of 8% each year - Establishing a European Leadership Team - Creating ‘Strategic Road Map’ tool to align all facilities with the company vision & goals
