    I helped lead the design and mobilisation of a new supply chain to enable the manufacture of ventilators for the Ventilator Challenge UK as a response to the governments request for help from industry to tackle COVID. This involved ; - In 2 days setting up the procurement operations to start purchasing with an international team to contract and procure 3.6 million parts from 107 local and overseas suppliers - In 5 days creating a digital dashboard on Power BI which enabled purchasing, shipment and payment visibility across the supply chain - In 10 days designing the physical , financial and data flows across the supply chain - In 20 days designing and building the ERP system on Microsoft Dynamics - In 47 days enabling the build of the first new ventilator - Managing quality inspection activity and logistics picking and sipping to ensure smooth flow of material - Expediting quality issues and replacement stock where needed - Reporting up in to the UK Cabinet Office twice daily on progress and performance - Facilitating collaboration between Rolls Royce, GKN, DHL, ISL, Microsoft to enable results at speed to respond to the governments request in the most efficient way possible.
