I’m a process engineer working in lithography research for the next generation of EUV lithography. I have a background in physics and work in process engineering and data analysis, with hands-on experience in metrology and EUV lithography process development.

I am a process engineer in EUV lithography research. My work focuses on developing processes for the industry's tightest pitches as we transition from Low-NA to High-NA EUV tools. I take a holistic approach to process development. I specialize in using Python and Matlab to automate data analysis, turning measurements into the clear results.
