I began my career in the foreign rights team of a major publishing house where I was able to explore the impact of multilingual skills in business. After moving to France, I worked first as a corporate language trainer before progressing to several management positions with responsibilities including sales, recruitment, curriculum design, production, mentoring and project management. In my current role as Sales & Production Manager at TransPerfect, my work involves supporting our clients in their strategic decisions to communicate and be competitive internationally, and developing our range of bespoke training solutions for languages, culture, business and media. I bring strong consulting, client management, and curriculum design expertise, with a focus on creating learning solutions that are both relevant and engaging.
I’m responsible for serving as subject matter expert support to Sales teams for developing new business, and for providing first point of contact to our clients for their training delivery and content development needs. Key responsibilities include: Developing customized training solutions using a consultative approach to fully understand client’s industry and company needs. Delivering training projects in trainer-led, remote and hybrid formats to secure successful learning outcomes. Ensuring all projects are properly resourced and deadlines are met using appropriate project management tools. Managing project teams including internal trainers, vendors, SMEs, instructional designers and content developers.
