I’m the founder of Sleepworkz, a systems-level sleep education and optimisation platform built on a simple but under-addressed idea: sleep is foundational human infrastructure — as essential to long-term health, performance, and sustainability as clean water or clean air. Sleepworkz reframes sleep away from lifestyle trends, medicalisation, and data-led obsession, and instead treats it as a human optimisation system — one that operates at individual, family, organisational, and societal levels. The platform is built around structured sleep education, behavioural recalibration, and repeatable sleep-planning frameworks designed to create durable change rather than short-term compliance. At its core is the belief that modest, scalable improvements in sleep quality and duration produce disproportionate downstream benefits — not only for health and performance, but also for energy use, environmental impact, and social wellbeing. Sleepworkz positions better sleep as both a personal responsibility and a collective environmental opportunity. By reducing unnecessary wakefulness, stimulation, and resource consumption, improved sleep becomes a passive but powerful sustainability lever — one that aligns human biology with modern systems rather than fighting against them. The work is grounded in sleep science, human systems design, and behavioural economics, and is being developed as an education-first platform with applications across families, travel, hospitality, and high-performance environments. Core methodologies are currently subject to ongoing IP and patent applications in the United States. Sleepworkz is not a product. It’s a movement toward sleeping better as a civilisational upgrade.
